Meet The Team

Daniel Castellano is an experienced, caring and professional Osteopath. He is passionate about helping individuals with pain and returning them to doing the things they love. Daniel adopts a holistic approach to his treatment of injuries. This involves identifying and addressing all the contributing factors to a patients pain

Dan’s interest and passion for Osteopathy began when he first sustained injuries to himself whilst competing at state level in both football and cricket

Daniel attended RMIT university, where he obtained a double degree in Health sciences & Osteopathy. Since then, he has undertaken countless hours of extra training and obtained further qualifications in dry needling and cupping

Within a consultation, Dan will identify all factors relating to your pain through a thorough case history and physical assessment. Treatment will involve soft-tissue massage, stretching technique, joint mobilisation/manipulation and dry needling or cupping (if required). A management plan that includes specific exercise prescription will also be derived, to allow the patient to take an active role in their own health care.

In his time outside of the clinic, it is likely that you will find Dan playing or watching sport. He loves cheering on his beloved Richmond tigers! Dan is also guilty of a Netflix binge and is always on the lookout for new movie or Tv series. Feel free to provide him with recommendations!

Vivien Tran

Born and raised in Melbourne, Vivien graduated from Victoria University with a degree in Bachelor of Science/Master of Health Science (Osteopathy).

Vivien is eager to treat any person who walks in her door, particularly women, children, and patients struggling with chronic pain. In each consultation, she uses a variety of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises, alongside communication and patient education in order to reach her patients' goals. With Vivien's empathetic nature, she is committed to providing care centred on the individual, striving for their best possible outcome.

Vivien's enthusiasm for osteopathy began as she observed her sister graduate and practice as an osteopath herself. It rapidly grew after shadowing VU's osteopathic supervisors she believes reflect the best of her profession. Having an inquisitive mind, she is constantly expanding her knowledge for physical therapy and hopes to eventually contribute to research in the field.

Outside of the clinic, Vivien can be found engaging in her interests of history, food, culture, and health. You can find her at markets, art galleries, exhibitions, or exploring hidden coffee shops. If she is not answering the phone, she is most likely at the taekwondo studio (where she is a black belt) , doing pilates, or relaxing and watching movies.
